Dionicio S. Garza was born in Madera, California, and he pastors Faith Tabernacle in the same city. He and his wife have two children and three grandchildren. He is also the founder of the P.A.T.H. conference which is held annually. He is a theological researcher and is the founder of Ecclesiastical Researches which is a site focused upon Apostolic doctrine and ideas.
